Good morning. I placed an order, but after two days I still don't see the shipping code... why is that?

Sold item to buyer. Shipped it, the parcel shows as delivered but the buyer can’t pick it up. Last week I had a similar situation as a buyer and after several messages to a customer service that was nowhere to be found I still can’t pick it up. THIS IS NOT OK. I’ve never had problems like this before. Something here isn’t working anymore.

I made an installment purchase on June 12 with the payment of the first installment and then I cancelled the order on June 15, but I haven’t received any refund. I contacted the seller and they told me they did everything and now it’s e-bay’s turn to handle everything. It seems strange to me because during the same period I cancelled another order and the refund was made to me in 3 days. I don’t know how to proceed. Have any of you had any experience? Good evening, I bought an item with PayPal pay in 3 installments. The payment is showing as processing, but to the seller the item does not show as sold, nor to me as purchased. The seller says they haven't received any request. What should I do? Thanks

I made a purchase on eBay. The package was delivered yesterday, but only today did I realize that the item I received does not match what I ordered. I contacted the seller, who informed me that opening a dispute on eBay would result in the shipping costs being charged to me. The seller has nevertheless offered to arrange pickup of the package via courier. I would like to know whether this procedure is correct and whether it is the appropriate way to handle the situation. What actions should I take?
