Hi,

I’m having trouble checking out on eBay. I get the error: "Please check your payment details or use a different pay

ment method" whenever I try to place an order for $202. Smaller transactions under $20 work fine.

I’ve contacted my bank, and my card is fine. I’ve also tried different Visa cards, but the issue persists. All transactions were attempted with Visa.

Any advice on how to resolve this?

Stai riscontrando problemi ancora prima di selezionare il metodo di pagamento e quindi di pagare.

Quello che salta all'occhio e' che si tratta di una spedizione negli stati uniti.

Stai scrivendo in inglese e sei su ebay Italia.

Hai fatto login con un account italiano dall'Italia con ip italiano e stai provando ad acquistare su ebay.com ?

Scusa ma, se acquisti negli States su ebay.com e ti fai spedire la merce lì, perché chiedi aiuto su ebay.it?

Ne so sicuramente meno di te su come funzionano da voi le carte per pagamenti on line, ma in Italia deve essere ogni volta abilitata da un codice che si riceve sul telefono collegato alla carta (sistema 3d secure).
