ho restituito un oggetto difettoso ma nonostante sia arrivato al venditore da 15 gg. non emette rimborso e tramite i mezzi di ebay non posso chiedere di intervenire in quanto che la spedizione sia arrivata sul tracciamento non risulta.

Se sul traccimento non risulta... come fai quindi a stabilire che il venditore ha ricevuto il reso??

Se no risulta semplicemente sun ebay ma sul sito del corriere si, chiedi ad ebay di intervenire... se ovviamente hai aperto correttamente la procedura:
