Homepage: everything you need, in one place. The main page lets you easily discover key resources, explore the Community, and stay up to date, spending less time searching and more time connecting.
First time on eBay? We’re here to help. Discover the essential guides, tools, and resources that will help you get off to a great start. You’ll also find simple ways to connect with other Community members, ask questions, and learn from more experienced sellers.
Announcements board: all the most important updates in one place. From product news to Community updates, announcements are now easier to find: subscribe so you don’t miss important updates.
Forums: join the great conversations as always, now with more ways to have your say. Ask questions, share information, and connect with other sellers in a more dynamic and interactive environment.
Search: thanks to the revamped and optimized search engine, you can find a wide range of content, including eBay resources, Community discussions, social content, and relevant events, to get complete answers faster. You can search using traditional keywords or get help from AI.
Profile: if you had already created a profile on the previous platform, it has already been transferred to the new Community. Now all that’s left is to personalize it. Improve it by adding your bio, your location, your social channels, and more! You’ll help other members get to know you better and it will be easier to build meaningful relationships within the Community.
Important: during the transition to the new platform, some content, such as reactions and images, may not be visible right away. It will be loaded gradually over the coming weeks. All data will be available again once the process is complete.
