Update to the Terms of Use for Payment Services

eBay’s rules and services are designed to be clear and easy to use. We are updating the Terms of Use for Payment Services and the changes will take effect on July 8, 2026.
The updated Terms of Use for Payment Services will better describe the payment services offered. We have reworded the terms to clarify and reorganize the existing ones, making them easier to read and understand.
If you do not accept the proposed changes, you can withdraw from these Terms of Use for Payment Services in accordance with Section 10 ("Term, withdrawal, and termination") at any time before July 8, 2026.
