Update to the Terms of Use for payment services
Hello,
At eBay, we are committed to making our policies clear and our services easy to use. We’re letting you know that we’ve published a new version of our Terms of Use for Payment Services, effective May 14, 2023.
The updated terms, for example, give you more detail about how we work with other eBay entities and third parties that support us in providing payment services to you, and how we collect outstanding amounts from you. In addition, we explain how we may share your information within eBay or with third parties to comply with applicable law.
