This winter, we're building on previous updates and continuing our work to simplify the management and growth of your business.
In News for professional sellers, we're announcing new credit rules, changes to selling option fees, and important information about France's extended producer responsibility regulations.
Starting April 1, we'll update how we credit the Final Value Fee and the fixed amount of EUR 0.35 for canceled transactions and refunds. When you issue a partial refund to a buyer, we'll credit you the portion of the Final Value Fee that corresponds to the amount you refunded. In addition, when a buyer cancels a transaction or you voluntarily issue a full refund, you'll receive a credit for the fixed amount of EUR 0.35.
Also starting April 1, 2023, the listing scheduling feature, which lets you create a listing now and set the date and time it goes live at a time of your choice, will become free for all sellers.
As for French EPR regulations, professional sellers who sell to buyers located in France must register with the Consortium responsible for their relevant categories and add the unique identification numbers (UIN) to eBay listings by May 31, 2023.
