Save time by automating proposals to buyers
eBay Store members can now fully automate sending offers to buyers across their entire inventory.
Buyer offers are a powerful tool for increasing sales, but sending them manually can take a lot of time, especially for sellers with large inventories.
We’ve worked to simplify the ways offers are sent by introducing bulk manual offers and automatic offers for individual listings. Now you can take advantage of fully automatic offers for your entire inventory.
With this new feature, instead of manually starting offers, you can now select the criteria for the listings to include and set the terms. We’ll automatically send your offer to eligible buyers who show interest in listings that meet your criteria, including new listings you create. You can set the duration of your automatic offers for up to 150 days.
Here’s how to create and manage your automatic offers:
- Go to the Buyer groups page, in the Marketing tab of your Seller Hub.
- Select "Send automatic offers".
- Choose the items to include, set a price range, and give your buyer group a name.
You can create as many automatic offers as you want, for greater flexibility and control. Go to the Marketing tab of your Seller Hub to try out the new feature right away.
