We are updating the User Agreement
Hello,
We would like to inform you that we are updating our User Agreement, effective as of February 11, 2024. The updates mainly reflect the changes required by the new regulations following the Digital Services Act.
You can find our new full User Agreement here. Some of the main new features introduced are:
- A list of all identity verification information required from professional sellers
- Details on how to resolve disputes on eBay
- An explanation of how we offer you personalized suggestions
- Further information on how eBay users and third parties can report listings or content on eBay considered illegal
Our current User Agreement will remain in effect until February 10, 2024.
