we are about to move the eBay Community to a new platform, to offer you an even smoother, more engaging, and more connected experience. Events, discussions, resources, and searches will all be available in one centralized space, so you can find what you need more quickly and connect with the community even more easily.
With a modern design, simpler navigation, and improved features to support sharing and collaboration, this new space helps you get even more out of every interaction.
What’s changing:
- posts and most activity from 2023 onward will be automatically transferred to the new platform
- to simplify the experience, some existing activity will not be available in the new unified space
- access is always carried out from the eBay site via SSO
- when the platform goes live, detailed FAQs will be available to help you navigate easily
- during the transition, from June 11 to 15, 2026, the new Community site will be in read-only mode. If you have account issues during this period, live agent support is available at https://www.ebay.it/help/home.
Your participation and contributions have been invaluable and have helped shape the eBay Community as we know it today.
