Another mistake, more disruptions
Sold item to buyer. Shipped it, the parcel shows as delivered but the buyer can’t pick it up. Last week I had a similar situation as a buyer and after several messages to a customer service that was nowhere to be found I still can’t pick it up. THIS IS NOT OK. I’ve never had problems like this before. Something here isn’t working anymore.

Continue ads for Pokémon cards (NEVER HAD THIS INTEREST)
It's been weeks since the entire eBay home page has turned into a continuous ad for Pokémon cards with live sales that take up practically the entire space. It's become very annoying. I have no interest in collectible cards, never have. I've never searched for anything like that. Now it seems like all of eBay is dedicated to that.

Maybe not everyone knows that if you post your requests in the " User Support " section, only a few people can reply to you, because it is a section dedicated to a few... If you want a quick and maybe more thorough response, post your conversations in the sections listed in the " Forum ", where all users can read and reply. Best regards to everyone!

Create a new folder
Good afternoon everyone. To better manage the many messages I receive, I need to create a new folder within the messages section. Unfortunately I can't complete the creation of the new folder because the "Save" button, although highlighted in blue, isn't clickable. I have only one custom folder within the messages section, created not too long ago (about two months ago). Can anyone give me a hand? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there are "sellers" who don't disclose that they're selling fakes; Mr. [Rimosso dal moderatore] is a prime example: all his stamps are fake, but he doesn't specify this in his ads (he takes the photos from the ibolli.it website and then prints them at home; he even ships them with these fake stamps, thus committing mail fraud). You can see this in the very low prices compared to ads with genuine stamps (when the material arrives, the stamp has faded colors, blurriness, and, above all, a perforation that doesn't match the die cut). This casts a bad light on the entire market, which is already in crisis.

good morning everyone, I hope someone here can help me. I would like to get in touch with an eBay user (whose ID I know because the seller kindly told me who bought it and where the item ended up) because I need to ask them if they can provide me with some data that appears in a magazine they bought. These are data relating to a car, very rare and special, which I am interested in, and unfortunately I only saw after the auction had ended that this issue of the magazine in question was up for sale. I tried to follow the steps indicated also on Google for this type of search, but it seems that it is not possible because it does not allow me to contact users, only sellers. Now, if someone here knows what the steps are on eBay to be able to get in touch with this buyer, I would be truly grateful. many thanks

Sometimes you feel like buying things. It happens that, given the limited number of photos (1 or 2) and the skimpy descriptions, you want to ask a few questions to better understand some features or specifications. But lately, when you ask a question, you almost never get an answer. Something that, 1 or 2 times, okay, but then it could get annoying. I mean, what are you even doing? And then many people complain that they don’t sell anything. Well, if you start off like this, it’ll be pretty hard to find customers. And it shows a certain lack of seriousness as well as a fair amount of rudeness Thanks

On the "Contact eBay" page there isn't a button to contact them. How do I do it?
On the page https://www.ebay.it/help/account/contacting-ebay-customer-service/contatta-ebay I don't see the button to contact eBay. I have no way to contact eBay, what do I do? Attached is a screenshot of the page. It doesn't matter how you get there or which browser you use, the problem is the same anyway: there is no button. I need to contact eBay about a payment of over €600 that was never delivered and now this is starting to annoy me.
