I’m not getting a delivery receipt by email - the product is defective.

I need to return the fan heater because the remote control doesn't work - give me instructions for the return or send me a new remote control.

It's undoubtedly easier to reach the forum than eBay support, but on the forum this type of request cannot be fulfilled.

go to the eBay home page and then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you see "help and contacts" click there and then follow the instructions to be able to speak with an operator.
