Another mistake, more disruptions
Sold item to buyer. Shipped it, the parcel shows as delivered but the buyer can’t pick it up.
Last week I had a similar situation as a buyer and after several messages to a customer service that was nowhere to be found I still can’t pick it up.
THIS IS NOT OK.
I’ve never had problems like this before. Something here isn’t working anymore.

OP1 month agoTo be more specific: I made an order from a buyer with delivery to a pickup point, but it couldn’t have been delivered to me.
Sent a parcel from seller to pickup point. Tracking shows it as delivered, but the buyer was told it never arrived.
Between purchases and sales I must have made 35-40 transactions. Never had anything like this happen.
Now I find myself having paid without receiving the goods, and having shipped an item that no one knows where it ended up, and with support that, when it replies, can’t resolve it.
