·1 year agoOrtiurbani will sell onions but it always knows one more than the devil; just yesterday I was wondering who in the year of our Lord 2025 still uses stamps, is it because it bought a stock of dubious origin at discounted prices, right? 😉

·1 year agothe stamp you pay 2.75 for at the end of March, on April 3 (because before April 3 the increases only kick in for the business category, while on April 3 for everyone) is worth 2.90 .. translated into percentage terms, that’s the periodic 5.4545 in just a few days, better than cryptocurrencies 😉

OP1 year agofor those who use stamps, and for collectors, I don’t know if you know that for some time they have “created” rates A and B ... the stamps already issued will automatically “update” to the same rate
for example, B will go from 1.25 to 1.30 even if you bought it before December 31 ...

·1 year agothe problem is that maybe you went to the post office to buy some 2.9 euro stamps .. but they didn't have them and then they gave you some 2.75 stamps (which should be A1 above 200 gr.) + some 15 cent stamps... now if the 2.75 stamp doesn’t go to 2.85 but to 2.80 .. you need to increase the postage by 5 cents.

·1 year agoI still haven't figured out, after years of checking the ISTAT website, how they manage to calculate inflation that's monstrously lower than what my finances are suffering. sure, if they put sightseeing planes in the basket and take out transport, energy, and shipping costs.....
