Good evening I need some advice, as a private seller I used to sell quite a lot, now with a professional shop and VAT number I sell much less, I don’t know maybe I’m doing something wrong, do you have any suggestions? Thanks

I was making 2/3 sales a day. As of today 31.08.2025, 3 in the whole month

·1 year agoIt’s rather difficult to give advice, what items do you sell?
As a private seller I’ve noticed a drastic drop in sales over the last year.
As a private seller you probably used to sell quite a bit some time ago, when private listings still stood out over professional sellers’ ones, when sponsored listings didn’t exist yet.
Now private listings get mixed in with professional sellers’ ones, so if the buyer doesn’t do a rather targeted search, it’s hard for the listing to show up on the first pages of the searches.
