how to delete negative feedback
I bought some Bardhal oil sold and passed off as fullerene formula; the seller MOTOSTORE.SRL sent a lower-end product at a price 5 euros per liter higher (I bought 5 liters). After the refund with PayPal, since he refused to take the product back and did not want to refund the shipping costs, I left negative feedback that was MAGICALLY removed by Ebay! In response to my follow-up I was told "he filed an appeal". So feedback is not opinions but rather random things that get deleted after a simple complaint! That’s what happens to our opinions!!!!

·3 years agoEven I replied the same thing to myself, just the truth without offending or stivalt, I only wrote that I was not happy with the article, which had flaws, removed from eBay. It seems obvious to me, but there is a price list that clearly takes the payoff and they remove it, and the feedback. It’s obvious that that’s how it works

·3 years agoIf the item you bought had defects and therefore was NOT AS DESCRIBED, you could have used eBay’s tools to make a return for an item not as described and you would not have paid anything, not even the return shipping costs because those would have been the seller’s responsibility.
If instead you have already returned the item and received your full refund from eBay, then that’s fine.
The point is to understand how this new mechanism works and then act accordingly.

This change to the feedback system was implemented in the early lockdown period because negatives caused by delivery delays were coming in by the masses.
From then on, the mechanism remained and took shape with these IMPORTANT changes.

it doesn't need support! It's just, yet another user complaining because eBay removed his "sacred" negative feedback!
So you have to explain that generally eBay removes feedback for two reasons: either they violate their rules (Feedback Abuse | eBay) or the seller proves that the judgment is not true!
And you also have to point out again that just as the buyer has the right to leave it, the seller has the right to contest it... so eBay decides whether to remove it or leave it, and maybe it doesn't always get the right choice!

·3 years agoIn my opinion there is a price list, the guy takes the fish, you pay him the amount, and he removes the ones he doesn't like, seems pretty obvious to me too

OP4 years agono support, simply that, having been scammed I had to rely on PayPal’s rules for the refund, the seller asked for the return but at my expense so on top of the damage they also wanted to rub salt in the wound!

·4 years agoIndeed... my reply was only to "provoke" a continuation of their conversation...
But if you were granted a refund and the seller did not arrange for the item to be picked up, since it was their responsibility, why keep insisting??
Probably the reason for the feedback being removed...

·3 years agoSure, send me the eBay price list too for how much you have to pay protection money to get them removed; professional sellers like you must definitely have it, since of course you defend yourselves when someone rightly complains

·3 years agoDon't talk nonsense... to put it mildly... there is no price list at all... there is only the lack of common sense of those who leave reviews instead of feedback... if you know the difference...
