How is it possible that they made a purchase with my account and paid with a Visa card that isn't mine?
I'll say right away that the product will arrive at my address. I tried to cancel the order but the seller refused. How is all this possible??? What should I do as soon as the package arrives?

It seems absurd to be able to access your account, pay with a card that isn't yours, and have the package delivered to your address!
I don't think this is a scam... if it is, it's really badly done!

OP2 years agono one in my family uses ebay either because I myself haven't used it since 2022 I think more it's an ebay problem some bug I tried to cancel the order but surely if this useless item arrives I won't make the return at my own expense I have already changed the password and enabled two-factor protection

·2 years agoWell, I’d say then you don’t have to worry, if they used a card that wasn’t yours, maybe it’s "Santa Claus" giving you a new iPhone!

Does it really seem plausible to you that someone gets into your account, leaves everything as it is, orders with their own card and has the goods delivered to your address?
Are you sure about what you wrote?
Do some more thorough checks because the way you described it, the story doesn’t add up.
