My impressions and suggestions for eBay
Based on my recent experience, my opinions on the changes to make to eBay are:
add the ability for users to upload videos in messages.
Give sellers the ability to leave negative feedback in all cases or only in certain cases. (as it used to be)
Require sellers to specify certain product features with guided options in the descriptions.
Add selling options for handmade items.
Add an option that prevents buyers from leaving negative feedback or only prevents refund requests (just one of the options, not both) in case of requests for untracked shipping. If in the descriptions the seller specifies that they waive responsibility for non-delivery of the parcel, in the case of choosing untracked shipping, eBay is required to respect this clause. Obviously the buyer must provide proof of shipment.
Extend draft saving times to 6 or 12 months.
Improve international selling options by offering the possibility to add the specific shipping cost for each individual country.
The option that totaled earnings in the monthly sales details, which was found on the seller status page, is no longer there. It was very useful for understanding the exact monthly earnings.
Technical changes to the website:
Improvement of the "ask about item" function. Even if the seller replies, the red flags continue to remain active on the products. The option should only be active on the first message because the second message from the potential buyer could be a courtesy one, such as simply a "Thank you", or a greeting.
Remove the bug from the "add shipping code" function. The service works and the code is added but the response page shows an error.
Fix the bug in the cart for the "Save for later" function. The products to be saved (only in some cases) remain in the cart list and are not moved to the saved list.
Fix the bug in the "News" in "My eBay". The news displayed are still from October 2016.
... and I’m only adding this now because I couldn’t find it, the opportunity to ask non-specific questions and suggestions to support since the only place that accepts certain comments is the community.
Thanks and good luck to everyone, Domenico, eBayer since 2002.

·2 years agowhen you look for a listing and it has been removed, the IMAGE that appears with the message : “WE LOOKED EVERYWHERE” is a CONTRADICTION
in the sense that if the search was done with your eyes covered, you really didn’t look properly.

·2 years agoI would also add the possibility of creating “sales sets.” For example, if I have two items for which I’ve created two listings, item A “jacket” at € 50 and item B “trousers” € 50; having the possibility to select them and create another listing A+B that I’ll call “outfit” and that maybe I decide to sell for € 80. Buying A or B would make the set disappear, while buying the set would make everything disappear.

·3 years agoGood morning everyone.
I sell design and modern antiques, some rare or hard to find.
To encourage sales among those who are undecided and help keep item valuations high, I suggest that a notification be sent when an item is sold to whoever had it in their favorites or watched items.
I am sure it would help many people's sales.
