Package shows as delivered but was never received
Good morning, I made a purchase of €144. On February 17 I received an email from SDA saying the package was delivered, but that is not true. I filed a complaint but eBay closed it right away; the seller is very rude and no longer replies to messages, believing that I am a scammer. He does not want to file the complaint and does not want to give me his details so that I can file the complaint myself. I can’t file complaints without his details. How can I get a refund? Can someone help me?

·2 years agoSame thing happened, package shows as delivered, but the buyer appeals and eBay sides with him, I send shipping receipt with delivery confirmation and eBay sides with me and tells me I don't have to refund anything, 2 days later they tell me they changed their mind and I have to refund the buyer, so you end up screwed and beaten twice over and the buyer celebrates the gift received and the refund is all thanks to who, can you guess?????

·11 months agoUsually sellers have the biggest problems with buyers.
But sometimes buyers can also end up in a situation where they lose the item and the money.
Bottom line: remote purchases are never 100% reliable.
