Why can’t I reply in User Support? Why? Why?
Over these past few years, various answers have been given to this unsettling question, even though no one, not even by private message to the person concerned, has ever shown any sign of having read anything. The question remains, and it has been answered by the main (perhaps the only) users of this section, who are in order: Sika700, marioelegio, and the lovely cizeta. It seems that everything depends on a small misunderstanding that gave this forum section a surge in popularity. The word 'Support'. Anyone who wants to post thinks it is a specific place made available by ebay, for reporting all the problems users encounter every day. But it is not exactly like that. And... as someone once said, changing an idea is by no means simple. In fact. I remember when I tried to explain to the company that had hired me as a salesperson that there was a formal error in my address. It was not correct. The street's letter A had nothing to do with it. What was the result? No luck. I had to go to the HR secretary and while I spelled out the letters of the address, she politely added: E as in Empoli? R as in Rome? D as in Domodossola? But in the end (it was summer) I had a shirt soaked with sweat. Now that everything seems clear, I believe there will be another historic surge in 'User Support' 😀 Dear all, does anyone know how I can contact ebay? Is there a Chat?😲 Thank you all!

OP1 year agoI agree with heavenwelkin. The activity of being a regular responder takes a lot of time and a constant presence on the forum. Personally, I can’t really be interested. My contributions take advantage of breaks in daily activities, which are already quite demanding in themselves. To make it up to mocer, I’m posting this photo that I think will be appreciated. The German soldier shown on the Russian front is wearing the bergmutze, the heavy cap with a visor fitted with two ear flaps to protect against the cold. The soft flaps were buttoned onto the front of the cap after being lifted up. He is wearing a medium reversible jacket (as already pointed out, there were three types depending on the padding) with the white winter side over the standard drop. You can make out the open collar with the autumn camouflage part of the other side. A white garment can be seen underneath, a padded vest or perhaps a scarf. In combat, soldiers would put the scarf over their head so that it wrapped around the neck, then put the helmet over the head, and finally cover the helmet painted white with the hood of the reversible suit. In the photo the soldier is shown during a break while eating his rations. Best regards.

If something works, it’s better not to touch it.....
It would have been a different story if there were no users in user support.....
I personally don’t want to become part of it because I know myself, I’d spend too much time here on the forum.
Besides, you’ve seen how long-winded and meticulous I am in my replies......
Anyway, I remember that a few years ago marioelegio said to write to Federica, I have her forum profile if you want I can send it to you, but the last access was in 2021 so I guess that in the meantime some reference figures have changed a bit, or they simply changed the profiles.
I hope someone reads you and promotes you to user support responder.
