eBay report
I didn’t think I’d find a more messed-up "forum"(?) for help than this!!! 🙄
Anyway, I was wondering why, even though I haven’t sold anything for months and haven’t listed more than 150 items/month (so free listings), I end up with a Statement (paid) of €1.80!!
p.s.= how do you (if you can) nudge a payment? sorry, but I’m used to another sales site where if you ask something there’s a Gentleman who პასუხs you 😀
Regards.

·3 years agoit shouldn't be difficult, go to contacts and have them call you. from my experience, they call back pretty much immediately and, if you clearly explain the problem, they solve it.

OP3 years ago😁😃
in fact I was referring to the forum setup and, to be honest, the whole Ebay block!!!
you don't have participants 😊
(and I also find the Ebay package complicated and confusing!!)

·3 years agoTo understand what generated that charge, you should contact eBay support, which has access to your account. Go to the help and contact section. Users on a forum, whichever it may be, do not have access to your history and can only refer you to support, to whom you should direct the follow-up.
Also, I’d still like to understand why you’re posting on a forum that you consider disorganized. Here you only find other users, more or less experienced, who spend their time "for free and with no personal benefit" trying to provide 1 answer or 1 bit of help, when possible.
As for the difference with the other site, we could write pages about it and I can only agree that phone contact is simpler, but here it will never be read by the people who make the decisions at eBay, only by other users and at most a moderator, so any complaints should be directed to support.

OP3 years agothanks for the reply, but I posted here because even though I spent time looking for a contact, I didn't find anything!!!
I asked the question in all the search windows, but I couldn't get an answer!!
Well, maybe I'm the one who's clueless, or maybe I'm too spoiled 🤔
Anyway, since you're so kind, can you spare two minutes to explain how I can send a payment reminder for a lot sold on 26/2, or is there no way and I have to cancel the auction?
Thanks

·3 years agoGood evening luigi47102
I can see that you sold an item for 20 euros + shipping on February 25.
So you received an offer but it still hasn't been paid.
Ebay sends payment reminder notices by email or smartphone, but I can see here that the bidder has 1012 feedback and in the last 30 days in their purchase history they placed 16 bids.
Before declaring them a non-paying bidder, I would try contacting them, then if you see that they still don't reply, you can cancel the sale from this link.
https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/getting-paid/risolvere-problemi-con-gli-acquirenti-riguardo-oggetti-non-pagati?id=4137
Then go to CANCEL THE ORDER and select as reason: the buyer did not complete the payment.
Kind regards.

OP3 years agoI tried sending him a new invoice again, but I didn’t get any response!
Maybe I’ll try making a direct request to him.
Thanks for the advice
