Sorry if I'm minding your business, but I went to check the feedback.
Unfortunately it's full of users who think that with 1 euro they can get 17,000 vintage slides, which is why it's necessary to be very specific and clear in the auctions. Buyers who take it for granted that all items on ebay are shippable.
I don't know if the time limits are still there, but rather than making complaints you can ask ebay to review the feedback since if the auction did not include shipping and the buyer demanded shipping the feedback can be canceled.
Try contacting ebay support but I can't assure you that there are still time limits to do it because too much time may have passed.
