User Support
Maybe not everyone knows that if you post your requests in the "User Support" section, only a few people can reply to you, because it is a section dedicated to a few...
If you want a quick and maybe more thorough response, post your conversations in the sections listed in the "Forum", where all users can read and reply.
Best regards to everyone!

·3 years agoBut have eBay run out of humans?
It always feels like trying to make a move on a "NON Artificial Intelligence".

·3 years agofrankly, if you know how to find your way around ( which maybe isn't always that easy, given the many rule changes that have taken place over the years ) you can get in touch with eBay support: personally I've always managed to contact them directly, then whether they actually solved my problem is another story.......
