The product was listed as available, but then ...

Good morning everyone.

I bought a pen from a German seller that, of course, was listed as available. Otherwise I wouldn’t even have been able to pay.

After I paid, I received a message saying that the item would be delivered to me directly by the manufacturer, but three or four weeks later.

What can I do ?

You bought from a dropshipper. If it was specified in the listing, everything is in order (check where the item's origin was indicated).

Thanks Mario, I checked and it looks like it came from the company that sold it to me.
