doesn’t answer!
I ordered, and paid for, a Ferroli air conditioner, and for no reason the delivery was moved back by two days or maybe more, but what irritates me is that I wrote to the rather rude seller, yet he has so far not even bothered to reply to me about the causes of such a delay! I ask that E bay, with its financial and contractual power, step in and sort this out, while also teaching some manners!!!!!!!!!

·1 month agoif the seller has already shipped it, the delay depends on the courier and not on him, there’s not much he can do...

OP1 month agoIt may be, but the seller should at least tell me when the delivery will happen and not not answer !!!!!!

·1 month agoAs already said, the seller and ebay are not responsible for the courier's delays (it could be a strike, a mechanical breakdown of the van, etc...).
To find out when it will be delivered, just follow the tracking uploaded in your order details.
Only the driver will be able to tell you when he will come to deliver it
