In a private sale, the seller can decide not to accept the return of the item, and the buyer has the right to be able to cancel the order after placing it. However, if the seller, the moment the payment arrives, marks it as shipped, it will be impossible for the buyer to cancel the order and they will be forced to receive the "package" without being able to return it. In my modest opinion, eBay should allow a window of a few hours before being able to change the status to shipped, to ensure that a user can go back on their steps. Thank you
