Is it possible to return an item in Italy that was sent from Japan?
Hello… I need to make a return, but the seller didn’t send me a return label, which means the shipping costs should be on me. Unfortunately, they’re very high for Japan, so I wanted to know if it was possible to make this return at an Italian location …

·9 months agoif the seller is in Japan, as Sika pointed out, it seems clear to me that you have to send it back to that country.....
then, as pointed out by Heavenwelkin, depending on the reason for the return, it is up to who has to pay the shipping costs......
I’d like to point out that there is a relevant page in Ebay’s rules that deals with these things, and maybe reading it wouldn’t hurt......

There’s the return for change of mind (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
There’s the return for an item not matching the description or photos (return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility).
If it’s a private seller, they MIGHT NOT ACCEPT A RETURN for change of mind.
