Good morning, I’ll explain briefly. I had to create another account to contact a buyer who had purchased an item from me, but for some time now it hasn’t let me access my old account anymore because during account verification it gives me an incorrect phone number that isn’t mine.. I don’t know what I can do, because I would like to contact the buyer to tell them to cancel the sale or otherwise refund the money, because I can’t figure out how to do it and contact them.. can you help me please?

If your account has been hacked and someone has changed the phone number, contact eBay customer service right away.
