EBAY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED FOR CORRELATION WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT
Hello, following some disputes opened by customers for delayed packages my account was suspended, and after all the disputes were resolved and closed, I was told that my account could not be reactivated because it was linked to another account that in turn had an unpaid suspension with eBay.
I should point out that I have no connection with the account they are accusing me of, and when I asked for more information they told me they cannot provide me with any information regarding the documentation proving this connection.
The eBay rules and safety department , which can only be contacted by email, keeps telling me that the only way to unblock the situation is to contact whoever manages the other account and have the suspension paid. It’s absurd, and I also have about 1k blocked in my eBay account.
Can you recommend some way forward?

·3 years agoI'm sorry for what happened, but following a suspension you shouldn't open a new account to bypass the restrictions and resume selling activity.
If you haven't already done so, take a look at this link:

OP3 years agoI didn't open another account, mine is a different company and I have nothing to do with the company that is being disputed against me.

·3 years agoHello,
support has already given you the advice: "the only way to unblock the situation is to contact whoever manages the other account and have the suspended balance settled".
If there is a correlation with eBay, you need to analyze what or who you have had contact with... did you use a shared PC... did you use a PayPal account linked to others... and these are just some examples...
Kind regards.

OP3 years agoBut the problem is that this correlation doesn’t exist. And they don’t give me any other information or way out.

·3 years agoI’ll dare to insist... if for eBay the correlation exists... in some way it exists...
Kind regards.
