I reset a new account and I can’t find my last purchase, to return it, how can I contact E-bay again?

But are you sure you "reset" an old account?

I see "A NEW" account registered today, so you didn't reset an account but created a new one.

If you can't find the purchase on this account, check that you didn't use another old account

You didn't buy as an unregistered user
