I would kindly like to know if you are aware of taxes, VAT, and customs duties for purchases such as watches and jewelry from the United States or other countries outside the European Union, because I send them questions but they do not respond, thank you very much to anyone who will give me support.... kind regards from Marco!

·1 year agoIt's not up to non-EU sellers to know our rules.
When something enters the EU customs area, you have to pay:
Up to 150 euros: VAT (which is collected by the platform) and possible customs clearance fees (to the courier).
Over 150 euros: duties, VAT and customs clearance fees and advance payment of expenses, all to the courier at the time of delivery, unless couriers were used that ask for these charges upfront, but in these cases it's clearly stated in the listing.
So you need to factor in at least 22% up to around 33-35% more than the price a local buyer would pay.
