Good morning,I bought a new item from a private seller, for a price of 100 Euro. Paid with PayPal.It was shipped by a company, not by the private seller, with an attached invoice for Euro 30.- made out to me, which is in fact the exact price for that type of article, also sold by the same company on Ebay and on other sites.In addition, the product is stated in the listing as compatible (so, not original), but in reality it is not entirely so, since for the installation I had to make some modifications.Can I ask for a refund of the difference between what I paid and what was correctly invoiced?
