Buy and then cancel
24-10910-71775 I bought an additive for the car, but today I read that the purchase has been canceled because the buyer (me) supposedly requested the closure and refund......but is that normal?

Given that on eBay a seller can cancel a sale for any reason.
A cancellation that in certain circumstances results in a defect on the seller's account.
If the seller states that it was the buyer and asks for the cancellation, the seller comes out CLEAN (no defect is counted against them).

Scroll to the middle of the page and click the BLUE button: Report a seller.
Or even better, contact eBay support via chat or phone and point out that the seller has shifted responsibility for cancelling the sale onto you.
