Cancel return request
Hello, I started a return request for an item purchased on eBay, but in the end I realized I made a mistake and I’d like to cancel it. How can I do that? Thanks

·2 years agohi, unfortunately it doesn’t appear for me, do you know how to do it?

·2 years agoIn paragraph 6, of what Sika posted, you find:
Cancel a request
If you’ve changed your mind about a dispute you opened and no longer want to return the item, canceling the request is easy.
Cancel a return request
To cancel a return request:
It’s important to be sure you want to cancel the request, because it isn’t possible to reopen a dispute once it has been closed.

·7 months agoIf you’ve resolved it with the seller and/or decided to close the request, you can do so by entering the return request page (you can find the link in your email).
Open the link and then you should also find the option to close the request.
Or open this web page to recover your request
https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/chiedi-ebay-di-intervenire-acquirenti?id=4701
If you don’t do it after a certain number of days of inactivity (if I’m not mistaken, it’s 21 days), the request closes automatically.
But it would certainly be better to close it right away so the seller gets back into possession of their funds that eBay has meanwhile blocked.
Kind regards
