Good morning, I would kindly like to know the procedure for returning an incorrect item. The seller accepted the refund after receiving the item. He provided me with the return code. How should I proceed?

·1 year agoTi ha fornito solo un "codice" o una etichetta di reso?
Perchè nel secondo caso (molto più probabile) devi fare ciò che tale etichetta impone... ossia, portare il pacco in Posta, attendere un corriere, portarlo in un punto di ritiro ecc.
Ossia, tu hai l'etichetta e sai che vettore usare e che tipologia di ritiro adotta.
Stampala, applicala sul pacco e segui le istruzioni che hai ricevuto.

Devo pretendere l’etichetta? (Visto che l’errore lo hanno fatto loro).

·1 year agoLe restituzioni possono essere fatte anche senza stampare l'etichetta di spedizione.
Ma semplicemente scrivendo sul pacco il codice di restituzione.
Se il venditore ti ha fornito il codice di restituzione fatti spiegare dove devi portare il pacco per fare il reso.
