Decline in sales and store closure
Following a decline in sales on eBay, this month will be my last on this platform, even though I only sell books at a more than competitive price there are no more sales on the site. It's been months since anything has sold anymore, even by activating promotions, so I'm only paying the store price of 30.00 euros without making anything off it.
I would like to know if it's possible to download a list of the items I uploaded to my eBay store, including the photos, and if possible keep them on eBay in case I decide to reopen the store and upload the products again at a later time.
If I close the store with all listings set to Buy It Now, what would be the correct procedure to follow to avoid a renewal of the fees?
Thanks

·2 years agoHello,
if you don't have external management software, there's no way to fully export your listings... by fully I mean descriptions, photos, and everything else.
Before closing the shop, it's better to close the listings; otherwise, you risk paying the listing fees unnecessarily at the normal expiration date.
Kind regards.
