Clarification on the warranty for the purchase of new devices
I purchased a BLACKVIEW A 80 PRO smartphone about 5 months ago. I contacted the seller to report a problem with the device's connector, which does not allow the battery to be charged. He replied that if I'm interested, by paying 70% of the price of a new device he will send me another one; alternatively, I should send the device to Germany to have it repaired. I did not like these responses and, since a new product purchase comes with a 2-year warranty, I intend to enforce it. Is it possible to open a dispute with the seller? I look forward to your prompt reply, thank you.

·3 years agoNo, because as already replied in the other conversation, the seller's registered office is in China.
So the phone purchased is without warranty usable in the European community...
Best regards.

·3 years agoWe are missing some important details in order to answer:
- Is the seller registered as a business or a private individual?
- If it’s a business: is the registered office in Italy?
- Is it a dropshipper or a real store?
