Code for pickup point..

Good evening, I sold an item, but my customer has to pick it up at a pickup point. So why hasn’t the pickup code arrived?? On the page it still doesn’t say ready to be picked up yet, anyway it was delivered today and I would have expected the pickup code today..

The ebay fermopoint service does not require a pickup code (it is enough to go to the pickup point with the eCP code and an ID document) unless it is the inPost service

Inpost sends a pickup code and/or qr code directly via SMS to the buyer’s phone number and also an email to the buyer’s email address.

If the buyer has changed phone number, let’s hope they haven’t changed their email too.

Contact the buyer and tell them that they can find the inPost pickup code in the email they registered with on ebay.
