·1 year agoTry these steps while logging in through a browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
Log in to your eBay account from the ebay.it site.
Click your username at the top left (near the profile icon).
Go to "My eBay" > "Profile".
Once on your public profile page, hover over the current profile image (or the empty circle, if you don't have a photo yet).
Click the camera-shaped icon that appears.
Choose a photo from your computer and upload it.
Save the changes.
