In my opinion, it is not a theft because nowadays in the market there are many marketplaces that offer the possibility of carrying out online buying and selling activities and the algorithms of eBay or of any search engine start from scratch in the event that a listing were closed. eBay, so as not to make a listing lose visibility, allows it to remain for sale; otherwise eBay does not want to lose money with all those active servers around the world that store all the listings.
