How do I get eBay email for a complaint?
Dear ebay, on 7 June 2022, I bought through You, as shown on the credit card, an Edison brand satellite decoder "PICCOLINO S2" for the sum of 49.90 euros. Since last 21 December, tvsat's technical security systems have not allowed the tvsat smart card to work, which is non-compliant like the decoder in question. Having said this, I ask this Company for your authoritative intervention with the retailer so that I can be refunded or have it replaced with a certified item. Kind regards

·3 years agoYou're writing in a forum... nobody from ebay will read it and be able to help you... besides, you didn't buy from ebay, but from a seller who uses ebay as a storefront, so you need to contact the seller itself, but you will have to prove the product's non-conformity yourself. If since December 21 it is no longer suitable for use, you should have checked with the seller during the purchase whether it had the characteristics needed to make it through the switch off or not.
So, if up until now you have been able to use it, it can't be defined as non-compliant, but simply as landfill.
