I sold my first product on eBay on October 2, which shows as delivered with insured tracking and the money blocked on the eBay platform...However, I still haven't received the October €50 free coupon as a seller, and I can't reuse the money from the sale for a purchase also on eBay using the coupon.Is this normal?Considering that I also wrote to eBay (shake phone) to ask for clarification more than 24 hours ago without having received any replies yet, as a novice seller approaching eBay, I consider it to be a bad experience so far.Can you help me understand?Thanks in advance for your help.
