End-of-year discount coupon
Good morning. As per the subject, I’m asking why the year-end discount code for 5% off a minimum purchase of 15 euros is not being applied to my order. The item purchased is in the collectibles category - little surprises and gadgets. It’s not a coin or anything like that, just a little plush for a collection, but when I apply the coupon it gives me an error saying it can’t be applied and I don’t understand why. Any suggestions? Thanks everyone.
