Purchase history DISAPPEARED
I'm also reporting it here, maybe I'll manage to get some answers. For a few days now, if I access the eBay site through the tablet, and it displays the site in web version, when I go to the PURCHASE HISTORY section they have ALL DISAPPEARED except the last one completed on April 8, 2024.
There is NO longer even the option to select the viewing period or even the year. Hidden orders are no longer displayed either. I thought it was a browser issue, but it isn't; Goolge and Firefox give the same settings. I've already made 2 reports, but eBay hasn't replied to me yet.
Is the same thing happening to you too?

·2 years agoEven if you view the site in desktop mode on a smartphone or tablet, it’s not the same site; on mobile devices there are differences and/or restrictions.
This doesn’t justify the kind of problem you encountered, but wait a few days and see if they reply to you, because in the community some will have encountered your problem and others won’t, but only support "might" give you an answer.
There are no problems on the website viewed on a computer, try accessing it from a computer. If everything shows up on the computer, then it’s a problem with the platform on mobile devices; I’ve encountered temporary ones in the past, and not.
