Is it possible to put on the eBay market copies of unsold books dating back to 200e

Is it possible to put unsold copies of books that have not been reprinted by the publisher on eBay at a fixed price, dating back to 2008 and 2010?

as indicated by Mario, if they are original, no problem.....

the problem could arise if you sell numerous identical copies as a private individual.......

What do you mean by copies? Original copies from that period or reproductions?

For the first ones, no problem.

For the second ones, copyright applies for 70 years.
