Ebay and privacy in the purchased items summary
Good morning, but what’s the point of hiding the buyer’s data from the seller console after 90 days?
When someone buys something from me I always receive a summary email with full name and address (the only thing missing is the mobile number) and that email stays there forever, I can also download the full .csv file with Excel..
If I had "other motives" I can always recover the data from the email, why this hypocrisy? If I’m not mistaken Amazon doesn’t send order summary emails for third-party sellers, everything is in the console.
(it’s more a question about the hypocrisy of GDPR and Ebay, first name, last name, phone number and address are by no means sensitive data)
