I think eBay has hit an all-time low, and after 1500 feedback, I’m saying goodbye
I buy an item
The product arrives not as described
The seller calls me, insulting and threatening me
I decide first of all to leave negative feedback to protect future buyers
EBAY DELETES THE FEEDBACK WITH NONSENSICAL REASONS
FROM RULES TO FREE INTERPRETATION IT'S A SHORT STEP
LONG LIVE AMAZON...

·1 year agoFully quoting Cizeta, I'd also add that in a few years "Long live Amazon", when it has a near-total monopoly, no one will say it anymore...
Stay tuned!

OP1 year agoAs of today...
Amazon has NEVER disappointed my expectations in:
Purchasing
Payment Methods
Shipping
After-sales service
Etc etc
In many cases, eBay has raised its hands and said... sorry, and looked for some loophole to wash its hands of it.
The bottom of the barrel was reached when they decide, unilaterally and subjectively, to delete a feed at will...
They could have requested a correction
Deduct what they consider not consistent
BUT
Deleting it without a reason is, and I repeat, WRONG
Leaving a platform that rules as it pleases and that corrects a feed because I had written:
Shipping times (let's not even go there)
It only protects the fact that they offer shipping that, in reality, is absurd
BRT delivers outside of eBay packing in 2/3 days from any location (obviously business days)
In two shipments it reached 10 days
They don't want people speaking badly about what they sell and what they do... they delete feeds...
You keep buying here... I'll keep going where the customer is respected...
And buying "new" comes with a real 24-month warranty...

·1 year agoActually, it’s very simple: no negative feedback first and foremost, because it’s widely proven that it’s basically useless (for future buyers because no one reads it); return the product at the seller’s expense and get your money back with eBay’s help; report the seller for the threats in private and, if necessary, report them to the authorities; AFTER ALL THIS, IF SOMETHING STILL HASN’T GONE THE RIGHT WAY, YOU LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.
And forget A....n, which is not at all as rosy as it seems.

OP1 year agoIf, as you say... they are useless... then why not eliminate them... first and foremost.
Do you think that after 1000 and more feedbacks you haven't explained a process that I haven't seen or implemented over time?
The issue I raised is not how and when to leave it...
BUT
eBay's unfairness in reversing it so that it can't be corrected if they consider a comma SIBJECTIVELY (on their part) inadequate.
Unlike many people you know... I actually look at the feedback...
Anyway, after 19 years I decided to close this account because I consider this and a lot of other things unfair, and to keep buying where the guarantees are better, and A.M.A.Z.O.N has NEVER, in the same period, fallen short of my expectations
Customer service
Buyer guarantees
Always and I mean ALWAYS on TOP
