ebayextra points balance display problem. just me?
Hello,
last night I made a purchase on ebay and I paid just after midnight. Before buying I had seen that I had over 400 points, but I didn't use any of them. After paying, and even now, I see a points balance of zero and no points pending... the transaction details are all blank, there's nothing written there, as if I had just signed up...
obviously I hadn't gone over 60 days between purchases so the points shouldn't have been canceled, and anyway if that had been the case it would have been written in the details...
tried 2 different browsers... I tried logging out and logging back in and nothing...

am I the only one having this problem today??

and in two days they fixed it
everything went back to normal

路2 years agoAt the bottom of every page of the online help there is the link for the specific contact request, otherwise there is the general page where they ask you to specify the reason why you are requesting to be contacted.
