Exclude sellers from search

Good morning,

is there a way to put a seller on some sort of blacklist so their listings don’t appear in search results?

Thanks everyone, same procedure that eBay support told me to follow when they contacted me by phone, and they will also take care of inviting the person in question to avoid any further contact.

Good afternoon,

there is no blacklist for sellers, but you can use “Advanced Search” to exclude a specific seller or sellers.

Go here:

https://www.ebay.it/sch/ebayadvsearch

you need to fill in “Enter keywords or item number” then go down to the “Sellers” tab, select the boxes “Show only listings from:”, then “Specific sellers (enter the user IDs of the sellers)” enter the seller’s nickname and from the drop-down menu select “Exclude”.

Try it, it should work.

Good morning, as far as I know there is a blacklist for buyers but not for sellers.

Is there not even a way to block a user from sending private messages?

I keep receiving unwanted messages….

As they’ve already told you, you can block him as a buyer and block the sending of his messages. I’ll add that if they were offensive or bothersome, keep everything and contact support again, always preferring phone contact, and report this behavior.
