PDF label for pickup, where do I put it?
Good evening, I bought an item but unfortunately I did not receive the item shown in the listing. So I asked the seller for a return, and they accepted, confirming the mistake, and sent me the label for the package pickup.
Now I would like to understand one thing: the PDF label, which consists of 3 pages from the Bartolini courier with the various details, should it be placed inside the package or handed to the courier?

·2 years agoThought: if you put it inside the package, how is the delivery guy supposed to scan it or check it?

OP2 years agoIt’s not a proper label since there’s no barcode to scan.
They’re 2 Bartolini sheets with the "Pickup reservation" etc., basically a shipping document where the last page says: "Include this shipping document in your package"

·2 years agoOnly you know what you received... to avoid mistakes, ask the courier when he comes to collect it, anyway even if you attach it externally with an adhesive envelope, nothing changes.

OP2 years agoWhat do you mean by "Only you know what you received"? Maybe I didn’t explain myself well.... The seller requested pickup via Bartolini and the pdf for the label isn’t a proper label, but rather some sheets (shipping documents) that say to include them in the package. I think it means I have to put them inside the package and the actual label will be brought by the courier....I think
